Mr. Maxwell has been coaching football off and on since he was 20 years old. He won a middle school Championship at Maddox Middle school in Jasper, AL and coached in the Flint area over the last 10 years. During his coaching term in the city, Maxwell has produce many college players, along with Flint, MI first US Army All American, 4 first team All-State players, numerous honorable mentions. Coach Tiger has also coached numerous First-Team SVL Conference players. Mr. Maxwell is also a family man with a wonderful wife, Jervetta.
